2. Refund & Replacement Policy

  • User-caused damage or inoperability (including incorrect use, modifications, or improper handling) is not covered under our refund or replacement policy.

  • At our sole discretion, we may offer a one-time replacement for products damaged due to user error if the original item is returned to us at the buyer’s expense for shipping. Replacement eligibility is not guaranteed and is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
